Cream Wright

Cream Wright is the Chief of Education in the Programme Division at the United Nations Children's Fund. Dr. Wright has also acted as Director of the Human Resource Development Division (Education and Health Departments) of the Commonwealth Secretariat, London and Director of the Centre for Research in the Education of Secondary Teachers at Milton Margai Teachers College in Sierra Leone, where he managed the teacher education programme and the development of research proposals for international funding. Dr. Wright received his PhD in Education in Developing Countries from the University of London Institute of Education.
