Paulo Teixeira

Paulo Teixeira is the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of the City of São Paulo. Prior to this, he was President of the Administration Council of Local Company of Housing and Coordinator of the National Forum of State and Capitals Housing Secretaries - Southeast region in Brazil. Mr. Teixeira earned a law degree from the University of São Paulo.

As of Jan 1, 2007, the advisory work formerly carried out by the Millennium Project secretariat team is being continued by an MDG Support team integrated under the United Nations Development Program.
