Vinod K. Paul

Vinod K. Paul is currently the Senior Policy Advisor for the Saving Newborn Lives Initiative, Save the Children. He is concurrently working as an Advisor (Maternal & Child Health) for the Reproductive and Child Health (RCH II) Program, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Dr. Paul has won several awards in the fields of pediatrics and neonatology. He obtained an MBBS, MD (Pediatrics) and PhD degrees from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).

As of Jan 1, 2007, the advisory work formerly carried out by the Millennium Project secretariat team is being continued by an MDG Support team integrated under the United Nations Development Program.
