David Lee

David Lee is the Deputy Director for Management Sciences for Health Center for Pharmaceutical Management. A widely published clinical pharmacologist/pharmaco-epidemiologist, he has extensive experience in helping more than 30 countries in areas such as drug utilization review programs and development of formularies and essential drugs lists. From 1994 to 1999, he was the network coordinator for the International Network for Rational Use of Drugs. Before joining MSH, Dr. Lee worked in Panama as a practicing pediatrician and as the Physician in Chief of the Pharmacotherapeutic Information Program in the Social Security Administration. Dr. Lee has a medical degree, and completed a fellowship in Clinical Pharmacology.

As of Jan 1, 2007, the advisory work formerly carried out by the Millennium Project secretariat team is being continued by an MDG Support team integrated under the United Nations Development Program.
