Donna Asiimwe Kusemererwa

Donna Asiimwe Kusemererwa is currently the Assistant Manager, Joint Medical Store. She received her bachelors degree in Pharmacy from Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda and her Masters degree from Curtin University, Perth Australia. As part of her research degree she undertook a nation wide investigation of Pharmaceutical Services provision at various levels of health care. She has been actively involved in the drawing up of the country's national drug policy and promoting the essential drug concept. She was also a member to a national task force set up to advise the Ministry of Health on various drug management issues. Ms. Kusemererwa has taught at Makerere University and been involved in the pharmaceutical training programme of Christian Health Associations of East Africa.
