Walter Hook
Walter Hook is currently the Executive Director at The Institute for Transportation and Development Policy. In this role, Dr. Hook manages programs and projects which provide technical assistance to local governments and NGOs in developing countries and Central Europe on bus system prioritization, non-motorized transport, traffic demand management, and sustainable land use. Dr. Hook also holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the Columbia University School of Planning. He received a PhD from the Columbia University School of Urban Planning. |
