Common problems

The villagers of Tiby have meetings outside under a tree because there is no communal building in which they can gather.

Here they discuss the principle problems they face daily, the primary one being devastatingly simple—just getting enough to eat. Other difficulties include drinkable water, lack of education and malaria. No electricity and poor infrastructure, like paved roads, were cited as secondary concerns.
