This is Mali--Soyez la bienvenue

The road to Tiby is marked by red rusty earth and Shea trees occasionally interrupted by a lone baobab. Located in the Segou district of Southern Mali and situated on the Niger River, Tiby is one of five Millennium Villages in West Africa.

The villagers of Tiby survive on subsistence farming dominated by rice, millet and sorghum cereals. Insufficient rains and depleted soils have contributed to decreasing agricultural productivity.
